TradeArea is the sole-proprietor brand operating this service. Questions may be sent to support@tradearea.io.

A Full Market Report is a one-time digital purchase for one selected market. It unlocks the complete available ZIP ranking, map, competitor and Census tables, and PDF and CSV exports for that market. It is not a subscription and quantity is limited to one per checkout.

TradeArea combines public demographic data, official licensing sources where available, and derived scoring. Reports are decision-support tools, not guarantees of business performance, legal advice, financial advice, appraisal, or site-selection certification.

You may use purchased reports for your own business analysis. You may not resell, republish, scrape, or systematically redistribute TradeArea data or reports without written permission.

You are responsible for access to your email account and TradeArea session. Purchased access is associated with the account and market selected at checkout. Contact support if a verified payment is not reflected in your account.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Refund requests are handled under the TradeArea Refund Policy and any rights required by applicable law.

We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue features and datasets. To the extent permitted by law, TradeArea is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular business outcome, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected report.

We may revise these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
