Privacy Policy

We process your email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in, market selections and saved account activity when you use the service, and technical information such as pages viewed, approximate geography, browser type, and performance measurements.

Paddle processes payment details as our merchant of record. TradeArea receives transaction, customer, price, amount, currency, and status identifiers needed to verify purchases and grant report access. We do not receive or store your full card number.

We use information to authenticate users, deliver purchased reports, prevent duplicate or fraudulent access, operate and improve the product, respond to support requests, monitor reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

TradeArea uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting and privacy-conscious product analytics, Paddle for payments, and Mapbox for map rendering. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

We retain account and purchase records while needed to provide access, meet tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use access controls, encrypted transport, server-only secrets, and database policies, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@tradearea.io. Some purchase records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
